How Unifize improved our non-conformance closure time by 75% within the first month

So over the last 30 days since the launch of Unifize, we have already noticed some some positive trends.

If we go back and we look at some of our historical data when internal non conformances, when we were probably averaging 4 to 5 weeks to get full closure and there was some action taken to prevent reoccurrence Through the Unifize analytics we're already showing that our average time to closure in that first month is now 7.2 days. That's a 75% improvement. And we're extremely confident now that this will continue to show improvements as you used to become comfortable and things get pushed through a lot quicker.

The VoC’s, the customer complaints in the past, would often take four weeks, sometimes even longer, for closure Through March, we found that we're averaging 11.4 days. That's a 60% improvement. And again, there's a lot more opportunity for us to improve there and it will as we bring our sales and customer service people on board, they understand the true power and the functionality of Unifize and how they can get, they can get the voice of the customer in front of a lot of people very, very quickly.

So a VoC can get logged in the morning and by afternoon we have closure. It goes a long way with our customers to see that type of attention to what their concerns are.

So we're very, very, very pleased with how quick and how efficient the process works. We can tell you that in just one short month, Unifize has been a game changer. We're very excited and we know that will continue to improve and take full advantage of what Unifize has to offer.
