Great thing about Unifize is it has created smaller groups of discussion when problems arise and we can collaborate through those conversations and we produce those records basically online.

Everybody that needs to be involved knows what's going on and what's in front of them all the time to come to a resolution of whatever the issue is.
- 0:23
We are the first initial step in getting that awareness of, this needs to happen. You scrap these parts out. We need to get them going.
- 0:30
Everybody involved with that process, including inventory control, all they have to do is pull up Unifize, and know exactly what needs to be adjusted, what needs to be ran, when it needs to be done.
- 0:41
And we stay organized that way, thanks to Unifize on that. It's minutes now with Unifize.

For the most part back when we were using strictly paper, just for an example, we've had what we call quality action tickets through Unifize formerly known as our scrap ticket paperwork where we kept track of the same information, whatever.
- 1:02
But to date from inception of Unifize till today, we've written over 952 tickets.
- 1:09
I believe time wise and reaction time to those tickets has increased 70% just for the time it takes to get people involved through email and all that. Now smaller groups inside Unifize and our reaction time is 70% better now than what it was plus we have a more focused group of the issue because not everybody's getting an email and then all of a sudden, you’re not waiting for the paper to hit the floor.
- 1:37
Before tickets, it all depends on what was going on. But you know, they average it would take roughly 7 minutes, to fill out the paperwork and get it down to the floor. Now, less than 2 minutes.
- 1:46
So, you know, I my figures of you know, for those 952 tickets this year, we, paper based that was 111 hours.
- 1:54
Unifize that got us down to 33 hours of time savings.
- 1:59
So that just opens up doors for, you know, allocating our resources to help other people elsewhere and not sitting in the office filling out paper all the time.
Your team has a story like this waiting.
Bring the process that hurts most. We will run it on Unifize, live, on your own work.
