I think if you're watching this and you're on the fence on what quality system you need to get out highly, first of all, recommend it. And this is the reasons why it's very easy to implement. It's literally one of the easiest systems I've ever had to implement. And I've been there. I've been to Documentum and all the big other companies out there, the MasterControls, I've been they have implemented some of those systems.

00:23 - 00:51
I have never found a company that was so easy to implement. Then this company Unifize specifically, it was very intuitive, lots of support. We had calls maybe two or three calls and we were off running. We had access to the system almost instantaneous based on our initial discussion, and that is unprecedented. Most companies take way much longer than that, but we were pretty in good shape, very short time.

00:51 - 01:21
The second reason why I think this is a no brainer for me is the simplicity of it. Most other companies will. It's very hard. You go through courses, they have master courses on being certified in managing information. Why would you do that? You don't need to be certified to manage a quality system that is counterproductive. Now you're spending resources on managing training so that you can manage a system that to me doesn't make sense.

01:21 - 01:44
So if you're looking for something simple, no overhead, I think it's a no brainer. It's something that you should probably consider. And of course, the last thing it’s compliant. The system is compliant. And we checked it and we looked at all possibilities. It passes the sniff test, the predicate rule test, 21 CFR part 11. It's a validated system.

Three reasons why Unifize is the easiest QMS- Security, simplicity, compliance

But what we've known from what I experience was, is we were able to get there with the system. We still there with the system. The system has what is needed to provide us what we're looking for, because every company, admittedly, is trying to get compliant. If we educate people, if we get people the education that they need and to get over the fear factor, I think 90% of those things can be resolved because most people will go to what they're most familiar with. What I worked with from a different company, but they're not willing to sit down and look at what the demographics are saying. People are into social media now. People are moving fast into fast paced world. But technologies are still antiquated. So there's a disconnect here, right? So while we're moving at a fast pace at home with dragging at work, so why can't we continue that speed while we at work?If your supplier has issues and you're not informed on time, you want to have an alternate supplier in place. If your suppliers are not qualified, you may not know that that needs to happen. And so when you have an integrated system that speaks to itself and is giving you all this data, you literally have the pulse of the organization in your hands as an executive at a money bound access.
