Now let's say you have parts coming in and or whatever product you're working on, right? For us, it's manufactured parts or 3D printed parts and you know, not everything is going to be made perfectly to inspection.

[00:14 - 00:35]
So if it's not made to inspection, we need to look at it and say, okay, is this going to be, you know, something that's just esthetic, that doesn't really affect the patient or is it going to be an actual problem? And so rather than, you know, on most manufacturing floors I've worked on in the past, you know, it's okay, throw a sticker on it.

[00:36 - 01:09]
Let me call an engineer. Let me call someone and then get a meeting and I'll look at it and figure out what's going on, what we need to do. And, you know, it's really easy to misstep or forget, like, what does this affect or have that all get lost in an email? So with here, you know, we have the lot process that everything gets put in that receiving you know parts get received a lot process is created so we can also keep the certificate of conformance the material certs, all of those important pieces of paper that are super easy to get lost.

[01:09 - 01:22]
You know, we have that scanned in lot number PO number input there. So we always have a tracking of what that was and what happened to it before we got there. You can also put the inspection in there. That's really helpful.

[01:23 - 01:32]
Really the collaboration aspect of Unifize was what really pulled our whole team in and really sold us on this new QMS.

But what we've known from what I experience was, is we were able to get there with the system. We still there with the system. The system has what is needed to provide us what we're looking for, because every company, admittedly, is trying to get compliant. If we educate people, if we get people the education that they need and to get over the fear factor, I think 90% of those things can be resolved because most people will go to what they're most familiar with. What I worked with from a different company, but they're not willing to sit down and look at what the demographics are saying. People are into social media now. People are moving fast into fast paced world. But technologies are still antiquated. So there's a disconnect here, right? So while we're moving at a fast pace at home with dragging at work, so why can't we continue that speed while we at work?If your supplier has issues and you're not informed on time, you want to have an alternate supplier in place. If your suppliers are not qualified, you may not know that that needs to happen. And so when you have an integrated system that speaks to itself and is giving you all this data, you literally have the pulse of the organization in your hands as an executive at a money bound access.
