Who’s coordinating that? There is no way to keep everyone on the same page all the time without trading emails back and forth or having lots of different meetings about it, especially if whatever action items were involved were the kind that would take weeks and weeks to be able to fulfill.

And so Unifize just by dint of tying everything together in a single place, made that process significantly easier. And you know that that's the value proposition of, you know, modern CRMs and more modern ERPs. But there was never really a solution like that that existed on the quality assurance side.
