All of our specials, work orders and stuff that we're going to be updating weekly, which is pretty sweet because we never had a good way to quantify how much a special costs or how much a part costs that isn't completed because we would only scrap out parts as a completed part, because otherwise you'd have, 200,000 entries of each part at each operation, right.

00:16 - 00:27
And Unifize has definitely allowed us to be able to be like, "Hey, we scrapped that out off the laser. It didn't get formed and it didn't get machined. Why is it a $200 part when off the laser it’s $17?" Right.

00:27 - 00:38
So we're getting it down finite on the dollar, which is I think, important. We have a fair one. We scan a lot of weld mints and fixtures and stuff to try to be able to dial them in more, I'd say, and we use it quite a bit.

00:38 - 00:44
But I have a feeling that Unifize is going to allow me to use that probably I would say probably at least four times as much.

00:44 - 00:55
I don't have an exact number, but like if I just think that there's five days in a week, I’m assuming that one day I could be using data entry or doing whatever in Unifize. And then the other four days I have a feeling that I'm going to be able to do a lot more on the floor.

00:55 - 01:01
The way I've always looked at it was just trying to get the, my side of like the scrap and rework the dollar amount.

01:01 - 01:08
Like I needed that all to be done before I was even going to bring up like our audits, like we want our audits on Unifize, for instance.

01:08 - 01:12
So if somebody down on the floor needs a part check, they will legitimately just go over the tablet.

01:12 - 01:18
They hit I need a part check at this machine before I go. And we go down there and we sign off and it all be logged in Unifize.

But what we've known from what I experience was, is we were able to get there with the system. We still there with the system. The system has what is needed to provide us what we're looking for, because every company, admittedly, is trying to get compliant. If we educate people, if we get people the education that they need and to get over the fear factor, I think 90% of those things can be resolved because most people will go to what they're most familiar with. What I worked with from a different company, but they're not willing to sit down and look at what the demographics are saying. People are into social media now. People are moving fast into fast paced world. But technologies are still antiquated. So there's a disconnect here, right? So while we're moving at a fast pace at home with dragging at work, so why can't we continue that speed while we at work?If your supplier has issues and you're not informed on time, you want to have an alternate supplier in place. If your suppliers are not qualified, you may not know that that needs to happen. And so when you have an integrated system that speaks to itself and is giving you all this data, you literally have the pulse of the organization in your hands as an executive at a money bound access.
