Prioritising and getting things done faster with Unifize

With the approval processes, the main ones that I'm a part of are the finished good releases that in terms of the products and a lot of times. Those are top priority in a sense without saying sometimes in Unifize you can actually mark a particular finished good lot as priority or critical or you can mark that for the person so they'll know that, wow, this is important.

And then just that conversation, that ping in Unifize. Hey, you know, we need this right away. So it does cut down on I mean, the approval process is rather quick.

There are sometimes I may overlook even like in my email sometimes, but most of the time I'm in Unifize and I can see, this is important. Let me get right to it.

So it leaves less room for someone to overlook something or just say, I didn't see that as a, you know, if you're inundated with a lot of emails, a lot of things can get missed is is less room for that.

So whether it be like an email or you know, someone's not checking your email, they won't respond right away.

It could be something as small as I need an image and that could take a while without Unifize.

Maybe one, 2 hours, and that that all depends on if you get a response from whomever you need to get a response from.

With Unifize is much quicker because you can actually just get it in there right away as well.

You know, you'll see you can just get it in there.

You don't have to send an email and then go to another system to upload and just step, step, step.

So it could take, I would say, minimum an hour without it, but potentially longer than that with Unifize, 30 minutes it is sometimes is less than 30 minutes if everything is in there and everything is just correct, I'll say 15 minutes.

So that's is really quick. And, you know, if our fulfillment center needs to ship out a product right away.

And it's like urgent, urgent, urgent. As long as everything's there, they'll get that answer within 15 minutes.
